Do NOT listen to any hypnosis sessions while driving or doing anything else that requires your full attention.  You can listen to your recording before bedtime or at any time during the day when you have 25-30 minutes to spare.  Before starting the recording do the following:

 

  • Ask not to be interrupted for the next half hour or so

  • Dim the lights

  • Turn off all electronics

  • Get into a comfortable position - reclining back or lying down
